🎯 What You'll Do

• Research and document accounting treatment for complex transactions.
• Prepare technical accounting memos under ASC standards.
• Oversee preparation of financial statements and disclosures.
• Manage external auditor relationship on technical matters.

📋 Requirements

• CPA designation required.
• 6+ years progressive experience in technical accounting or audit.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP (ASC 606, 718, 842, 805, 350).
• Experience with SEC reporting (S-1, 10-K, 10-Q).

✨ Nice to Have

• Big Four public accounting experience.
• Familiarity with NetSuite and Workiva.
