Description
You will own a book of business, working with finance teams to ensure they unlock full value of Brex's solutions. You'll develop product expertise, create account strategies, and drive adoption, minimize churn, and grow account value.
Requirements
- 4+ years in customer-facing roles managing a book of business at a high-growth startup
- Deep fluency in modern finance and financial technology ecosystem (ERPs, spend management, AP automation)
- Experience with high volume of customers at different lifecycle stages
- Strong business acumen with finance-first mindset, comfortable speaking with CFOs and FP&A teams
- Ability to synthesize product usage data and identify insights
Responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in Brex products and show customers how to become power users
- Manage book of accounts to drive adoption, value realization, and growth
- Act as trusted advisor on spend management, credit policy, reconciliation, and financial reporting automation
- Build multi-threaded relationships across Finance, Procurement, AP, IT, and Security
- Lead business reviews and financial health checks to showcase ROI
