You'll partner with our talent team to deeply understand role requirements and identify passive candidates through creative sourcing channels. You'll craft compelling outreach messages that drive response rates and reflect Netic's employer brand. This contract-to-hire role offers the chance to work with relentless builders from Scale, Databricks, and Meta.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn and other channels
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Craft personalized outreach messages to drive response rates
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline data in ATS

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience in high-growth tech
• Demonstrated ability to find and engage passive candidates via diverse channels
• Strong written communication and personalized outreach skills
• Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ashby ATS
• Experience sourcing for technical roles
