You'll act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear requirements for agile development. You'll facilitate workshops and map processes to drive scalable digital solutions in a collaborative remote environment.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document business needs and requirements.
• Break down requirements into user stories and artifacts for agile sprints.
• Map business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and agile ceremonies.

📋 Requirements

• Degree in IT or equivalent with postgraduate specialization (min 360h).
• Around 3 years of experience in business analysis.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience facilitating workshops using Design Thinking techniques.

✨ Nice to Have

• UX-PM Level 2 or similar certification.
• Knowledge of UX principles applied to business analysis.
