You will coordinate incident responses for critical issues, own technical escalations, and improve support processes for Roblox's global players, developers, and advertisers. Your work directly enhances platform reliability and user experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years in technical support or product support
• Experience with SQL or Python (preferred)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to participate in on-call support

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incident response for critical and high-severity issues
• Own technical escalations for Trust Safety Global Scaled Operations
• Identify opportunities to improve support processes and reduce costs
• Collaborate with Knowledge Management and Training teams
• Work with Quality Assurance to ensure process adherence
