🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design system iteration and component optimization
• Build and maintain documentation and asset library
• Adapt design solutions to business scenarios and user pain points
• Drive design implementation through cross-functional collaboration

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in design systems
• Proficiency in Figma with Components, Variables, Auto Layout, Variants
• Understanding of Web3/blockchain product design
• Attention to accessibility design standards e.g., WCAG 2.2

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with crypto exchanges or blockchain wallets
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS
• Experience applying AI in Design Systems
