💼 About This Role

You'll take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations and monthly reporting for a global employment platform. You'll drive process improvements and automation in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a fully remote, globally distributed team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support PBC schedules for annual group audit and tax filings.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and process improvements.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities in accounting workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting experience with 1+ year as Senior Accountant.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, formulas).
• Experience in a software/SaaS environment.
• Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced scale-up environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite or SAP.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
• Exposure to multi-currency accounting or international tax compliance.
