💼 About This Role

You'll provide financial and operational support for Pantheon's International Private Wealth fund products, including fund accounting oversight, reporting, valuation procedures, and third-party administrator management. You'll play a central role in launching new funds and ensuring high-quality financial deliverables across a multi-strategy investment platform serving institutional and private wealth clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee fund administrator accounting and financial reporting
• Review and approve fund expenses, management/performance fees
• Assist with external audits and regulatory reporting
• Support capital events such as calls, distributions, and equalisations

📋 Requirements

• Recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CPA)
• Private equity or private credit fund experience (2-5 years)
• Understanding of semi-liquid fund structures like SICAVs
• Strong Excel skills and control mindset
