Description

You will lead end-to-end material flow and design cross-functional frameworks to achieve 100% production readiness. This role involves balancing demand-supply variables, mentoring junior planners, and driving MRP system evolution to ensure proactive inventory strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive supply chain planning in high-growth manufacturing (aerospace, automotive, or semiconductor preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business; APICS or Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
• Advanced proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle) and expert-level Excel (VBA, Power Query, Tableau/Power BI)
• Proven ability to align site-level execution with global commodity strategies and negotiate SLAs
• Strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Leading the 'Clear-to-Build' process for work order release and procurement synchronization
• Designing supplier performance management framework and facilitating executive scorecard reviews
• Defining ERP/MRP software requirements to scale with production needs
• Developing global inventory strategies using advanced safety stock modeling
• Executing risk assessments (PFMEA style) and providing recovery plans to senior leadership
