You'll own one station's brand, delivering engaging daily shows and digital articles while collaborating with sales to drive revenue. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform an engaging daily on-air show for KXLT
• Write and publish two original articles per weekday
• Conduct coaching sessions with air talent
• Partner with sales leadership to generate revenue

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-time radio experience
• Demonstrated leadership building brands or teams
• Proven audience growth and digital content performance
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
