💼 About This Role

You'll own and grow Clipboard's presence in your local market as a field-based market owner. You'll build relationships, sign new facility partners, and ensure existing customers succeed on our platform. This is an opportunity to own your market from the ground up in a fast-growing YC Top Company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new healthcare facility partners through field sales.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to deepen engagement.
  • Conduct in-person meetings, demos, and site visits across your territory.
  • Maintain clear pipeline and activity tracking in CRM.
  • Spend 4 days per week in the field meeting with customers and prospects.

📋 Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles (early career).
  • 3-5+ years of experience as territory manager or outside sales rep (experienced path).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across clinical and business audiences.
  • A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license with ability to travel locally (60-80%).
