💼 About This Role

You'll lead Airwallex's financial crime compliance framework in Korea and serve as MLRO. You'll drive compliance programs, manage regulatory interactions, and embed AML strategies across the organization, partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and own FCC compliance framework for Korea
• Manage AML regulatory interactions and filings
• Provide compliance advice to Commercial and Operations teams
• Design and report compliance performance metrics

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years financial crimes compliance experience
• Ability to multitask and handle challenging priorities
• Credible stakeholder engagement and management skills
• Written and verbal fluency in Korean and English

• Experience in the payment industry
• Experience as MLRO or Deputy MLRO
• Auditing background
