Description

You will manage the financial operations of assigned properties, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management. You will prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages, review annual expense reconciliations, and assist with audits and budget preparation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of public accounting or commercial real estate accounting experience preferred
• Knowledge of GAAP, specifically real estate accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred; CPA a plus
• Experience with MRI, Yardi, Skyline, JD Edwards, or CTI systems desired
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledgers with monthly journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages with variance analysis
• Review annual expense reconciliation schedules and tenant billings
• Assist with interim and year-end audits and draft financial statements
• Support annual property budget and quarterly forecast preparation
