You'll own the technical success of GSI partners, enabling them to deploy and scale Devin and Windsurf across their client base. Core impact: driving partner-led customer pilots and production deployments while building repeatable solutions and reference architectures. This role blends deep technical work with ecosystem thinking.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical enablement sessions and workshops for partner teams
• Co-deliver pilots and unblock complex deployments
• Enable partners to build repeatable solutions and accelerators
• Act as technical escalation point for integrations and enterprise workflows

📋 Requirements

• Degree in STEM field with strong engineering foundation
• Demonstrated exceptional performance in academic or professional pursuits
• Experience working with or alongside large engineering teams
• Willingness to travel 25–50% including frequent India visits

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, TypeScript)
• Experience with SI/GSI delivery models or enterprise software deployments
• Previous startup founding experience
