Description

You will lead a technician and engineering team to maintain plant utilities and building systems for Starlink's satellite production and operations, driving uptime and efficiency through performance metrics and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead technician and engineering team in preventative/corrective maintenance of plant utilities (water, mechanical, electrical systems)
• Drive organizational excellence through standardized KPI metrics and accountability
• Develop and implement advanced maintenance methodologies to improve uptime, efficiency, and cost control
• Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams with mentorship and strategic guidance
• Manage facilities projects and maintenance vendors for a World Class Facility
