💼 About This Role

You'll provide 1:1 care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes, performing assessments, administering medications, and documenting care using a touch pad tablet. This role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to build meaningful relationships with patients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow a designated care plan per patient's needs
• Perform home visits for medication admin, wound care, treatments
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions
• Accurately document observations and interventions

📋 Requirements

• Current RN license in North Carolina
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time
• Travel to assigned cases
