💼 About This Role

You'll support high school student-athletes at the LA Galaxy Academy by monitoring online course progress and providing individualized instruction. You'll implement strategies to boost academic performance and motivation in a brick-and-mortar classroom setting. This role offers the chance to combine your passion for history with elite youth soccer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist Learning Coaches with managing specific student needs in high school courses.
• Monitor student progress in online courses and analyze student data.
• Conduct group or individual lesson plans to increase student success.
• Maintain a learning environment conducive to student achievement and development.

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS Degree (4-year) in related field.
• Experience working with students preferred.
• Training in mentoring practices preferred.
• College coursework in Language Arts and/or History preferred.
