Description
As a Customer Success Business Partner, you will manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring they adopt Anaplan's platform and realize value. You will act as a trusted advisor, handle critical issues, and identify growth opportunities to drive customer success and retention.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in account management, consulting, or client services
- Experience in business planning (annual operating plans, forecasting, modeling) preferred
- Customer-first mentality
- Strong project and program management experience
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers (~$5M ARR) to improve value and ROI on Anaplan
- Act as primary point of contact and trusted adviser throughout customer lifecycle
- Monitor customer adoption and build action plans to remedy issues
- Work with sales, professional services, and partners to ensure implementation success
- Identify growth opportunities and expand Anaplan footprint at accounts
