Description

As a Customer Success Business Partner, you will manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring they adopt Anaplan's platform and realize value. You will act as a trusted advisor, handle critical issues, and identify growth opportunities to drive customer success and retention.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in account management, consulting, or client services
  • Experience in business planning (annual operating plans, forecasting, modeling) preferred
  • Customer-first mentality
  • Strong project and program management experience
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers (~$5M ARR) to improve value and ROI on Anaplan
  • Act as primary point of contact and trusted adviser throughout customer lifecycle
  • Monitor customer adoption and build action plans to remedy issues
  • Work with sales, professional services, and partners to ensure implementation success
  • Identify growth opportunities and expand Anaplan footprint at accounts
