Description
As a Delivery Leader at Praxent, you will own on-time, on-budget delivery for complex projects, facilitating scrums, managing risks, and ensuring client alignment. You'll work autonomously on diverse projects in financial services, with opportunities to advance to Senior, Principal, or Associate Director roles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, project management, or related field
- Familiarity with Agile practices, Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro)
Responsibilities
- Own on-time, on-budget delivery for complex projects
- Facilitate scrums, manage risks and dependencies
- Mentor junior PMO team members
- Optimize team velocity and business value
- Guide feature design and prioritization
