You'll coordinate submittals, pricing, and ship dates for HVAC air distribution products, managing projects from start to finish. Your work ensures timely completion and customer satisfaction while collaborating with sales teams, customers, and manufacturers. This role offers the chance to work with over 60 manufacturers in a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and maintain job files for each project
• Optimize projects through product selection, specifications, and ordering
• Manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis
• Communicate with owners, architects, and contractors

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years as Project Manager in HVAC air distribution or related field
• Working knowledge of MEP consulting or construction industry
• Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to prioritize and manage high-volume projects

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Blue Beam
• 7-10 years equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with CAD or engineering
