As a Territory Manager at Charlie Health, you'll lead market expansion by building relationships with clinical partners, patients, and providers to connect them to life-saving mental health treatment. You'll operationalize go-to-market strategies, engage referral sources, and drive community partnerships to ensure access to care.

Requirements

• Based in Cypress, TX
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience, overachieving KPIs a plus
• Experience with healthcare organizations a plus
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation 4-5 days/week

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Conduct field meetings 4-5 days/week with patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
