Requirements

• Strong critical thinking and investigative skills
• Sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and appropriate escalation awareness
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Google Workspace
• Experience with Salesforce or similar systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and periodic licensing and compliance checks
• Manage updates in third-party license verification systems and resolve discrepancies
• Conduct annual online reputational checks on providers
• Monitor alerts and feedback to identify risks and initiate escalations
• Maintain accurate vetting records in Salesforce (CRM) to support audit readiness
