You'll join Malt, Europe's leading freelance marketplace, supporting the C&B Manager in compensation and benefits processes across multiple countries. You'll gain hands-on experience in salary benchmarking, bonus consolidation, and equity management while contributing to pay transparency initiatives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop analytics skills in a fast-paced international environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support update and consolidation of international salary grids
• Assist in compensation benchmarking and internal equity studies
• Contribute to bonus consolidation and annual compensation review
• Help administer equity processes and benefits analysis

📋 Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Finance, Data, or related field
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis
• Fluency in French and English (written and verbal)
• Available for a full-time 6-month internship starting September
