You'll manage equipment, service, and installation technicians in a hands-on leadership role for a family-owned industry leader. You'll directly oversee commercial door service and installation with high customer interfacing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage department budget and P&L controlling labor and material costs
• Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and technical troubleshooting
• Communicate with customers to ensure high-quality service
• Develop, train, and hire technicians and office personnel

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree highly preferred
• 2 years supervisory or managerial experience in commercial building products
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
