You'll lead the design, build, and test of next generation aircraft aerostructures for a high-speed aircraft manufacturer. Your work will directly impact hypersonic flight capabilities for national defense. You'll drive hardware from concept through production in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead detailed project planning and hardware delivery on aggressive timelines.
• Design full-stack design-to-build-to-test processes including factory layout.
• Perform structural analysis and report margins for flight hardware.
• Drive transition from prototype to production for complex assemblies.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, aerospace, or related engineering field.
• CAD proficiency and hands-on experience with physical hardware.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes (machining, welding, forming).
• GD&T fundamentals knowledge.
