You'll architect and build agentic AI systems for the Auggie platform at a Series C company serving 87,000+ real estate professionals. You'll own end-to-end technical initiatives that connect AI innovations to customer outcomes and business value.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement multi-agent AI systems in production
• Build LLM integration patterns like RAG and tool use
• Own product-oriented initiatives from design to deployment
• Collaborate with product and design on technical tradeoffs

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Production experience building multi-agent or agentic AI systems
• Deep familiarity with LLM integration patterns (prompt engineering, RAG, function calling)
• Strong backend engineering fundamentals in TypeScript/Node.js and distributed systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MCP servers or LLM-based validation
• Startup or high-growth company background
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks
