🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate credit agreements and security documents
• Manage syndicated credit facilities and asset-based lending transactions
• Handle restructurings and workouts
• Structure and close acquisition financings and leveraged finance transactions

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in commercial finance
• Strong background in syndicated loan and debt finance transactions
• Experience representing the lender side (agent banks, lead arrangers)
• Top academic credentials
