You'll join the Technical Support Team as a frontline expert, troubleshooting SaaS solutions and ensuring customers maximize value. Your core impact is resolving complex technical issues and collaborating with product teams to enhance our platform. You'll work with global industry leaders like T-Mobile and ServiceNow.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Resolve technical problems by troubleshooting incidents and collecting logs.
  • Communicate investigation progress with clients and update CRM records.
  • Proficiently use support tools and processes to resolve cases.
  • Share best practices for Varicent product utilization and deployment.
  • Support KPI targets and be available for on-call weekend coverage.

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
  • Proven experience with SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with relational databases and SQL scripting.
  • B2 level English proficiency or higher (CEFR).

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with client-server architecture.
  • Knowledge of web-based application troubleshooting.
