You'll join Bluelight, a growing software consultancy, to drive new business by prospecting and qualifying leads for our SaaS solutions. You'll collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate meetings and pipeline, directly impacting company growth. This remote role offers flexible hours and performance-based bonuses.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect and generate new sales leads via cold calls, email, and social media
• Identify prospect needs and qualify leads as sales opportunities
• Set up meetings between prospects and sales executives
• Maintain accurate prospect records in CRM

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative
• Track record of achieving quotas and exceeding lead targets
• Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools to streamline workflows
• Experience as a first responder is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
