💼 About This Role

You'll join Grafana Labs to mature our risk management program within the Governance, Risk and Compliance group. You'll identify, analyze, and mitigate financial, operational, and reputational risks while ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting informed decision-making. This role offers the chance to embed risk into the engineering lifecycle and partner with Security and Platform Engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and articulate material risks across the organization
• Ensure consistency between disclosure and operational reality
• Quantify exposure where possible and maintain defensible documentation
• Map risks to security and compliance controls

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, risk management, or related field
• Previous experience in risk management, compliance, or analytical roles
• Knowledge of software development concepts
• US Eastern-time (ET) oriented working hours availability
