💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing an amazing shopping experience for pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and support daily operations to meet sales targets. This role offers a chance to combine fandom knowledge with retail leadership at a company that donates meals to Feeding America.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map and fixture mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
