Description

You will lead and build a PCBA SMT production team in a startup-like environment, ramping up production of Starlink user terminal kits. You'll establish operational standards, partner with engineering on equipment optimization, and drive continuous improvement to achieve quality, cost, and lead time targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/STEM or 4+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
• 3+ years production operations or process development experience
• 2+ years in a leadership position
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed
• Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted and travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-shift team of supervisors, technicians, and production associates
• Ensure strong safety focus and maintain an excellent safety record
• Identify, recruit, and develop leadership and individual contributor talent
• Establish operational standards and drive accountability
• Champion continuous improvement projects using metrics and data
