Description

You will analyze and underwrite credit risk for multifamily and commercial loans, prepare underwriting narratives and cash flow estimates, and collaborate with mortgage bankers to finalize bridge financing. This role involves conducting site inspections, reviewing financial data, and presenting recommendations to approval committees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate/Finance preferred
• 0-3 years of experience in similar role or internship
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills; Salesforce and SharePoint experience

Responsibilities

• Complete due diligence, populate PLG templates, and respond to inquiries
• Analyze borrower credit, third-party reports, and property financial data
• Conduct site inspections to assess market competitiveness
• Prepare underwriting narratives and cash flow estimates for complex transactions
• Present recommendations and key documentation to approval committees
