You'll work directly with the Founder to drive market entry and high-priority initiatives across hiring, partnerships, and fundraising at an AI startup. You'll turn ambiguous ideas into clear plans and ensure execution with a high-talent-density team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive market entry strategy and hands-on execution
• Build and execute initial hiring plans to close talent
• Support fundraising efforts including materials and investor coordination
• Establish A1's presence including vendors and operating structure

📋 Requirements

• Background in MBB consulting, top-tier VC, or high-performance operating roles
• Strong generalist able to switch between strategy, hiring, and operations
• High agency — does not wait for instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment
