You'll develop and deploy targeted enablement initiatives to improve customer success team skills and behaviors. You'll collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales Operations to align efforts and boost retention. This hybrid role reports to the Director of Revenue Enablement.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Deliver live training sessions for individuals and large groups
  • Create impactful content like presentations, case studies, and product demos
  • Analyze customer success performance to identify gaps and drive improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine enablement initiatives

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of enablement experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Training in group settings for 2+ years
  • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Suite (slides, sheets, forms, docs)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • PMP certification
  • Customer success experience
  • Skills in Seismic or other LMS/content management platforms
