You'll act as the central liaison between the company and its brand partners, managing a portfolio of 50 brands through the full order lifecycle. You'll ensure seamless logistics and high partner satisfaction while collaborating with Sales and Customer Support teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage onboarding, logistics, and invoicing for 50 brand partners.
• Monitor daily order preparation to ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle ~400 monthly claims from brands and clients.
• Identify and correct operational or billing anomalies.

📋 Requirements

• First experience in project management, logistics, or B2B Customer Success.
• Analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
• English fluency (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with Notion and ticketing tools like Intercom.

• Knowledge of Metabase or similar BI tools.
