💼 About This Role

You'll design and establish a new Dispute Resolution Process for a fast-growing fintech, minimizing financial exposure while protecting customer trust. You will analyze trends, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance with EU regulations. This role offers relocation to Barcelona and the chance to build something impactful.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead dispute and chargeback handling from intake to escalation.
• Analyze dispute trends to identify root causes and process gaps.
• Optimize workflows, SLAs, and quality checks to increase win rates.
• Collaborate with FinCrime, Support, Legal, and Product teams.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in chargeback management or payment operations in fintech/e-commerce.
• Strong command of EU regulations and consumer protection standards.
• Proven understanding of dispute categories and resolution pathways.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and case management systems.
