You'll provide high-quality helpdesk support for a collaborative IT team working across exciting iGaming brands. You'll be the first point of contact for over 600 employees, resolving IT tickets through Jira and ensuring technology runs smoothly. This urgent role offers hands-on experience with Windows and macOS environments.

  • Be first responder for internal IT issues and tickets.
  • Provide in-person deskside technical support.
  • Maintain IT equipment, networking, and laptops.
  • Support office infrastructure and AV systems.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Prior experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
  • Good working knowledge of Windows and macOS.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical issues.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
