You'll be the first point of contact for over 600 employees, resolving IT tickets through Jira and ensuring technology runs smoothly. This urgent role offers hands-on experience with Windows and macOS environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Be first responder for internal IT issues and tickets.
• Provide in-person deskside technical support.
• Maintain IT equipment, networking, and laptops.
• Support office infrastructure and AV systems.

📋 Requirements

• Prior experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
• Good working knowledge of Windows and macOS.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical issues.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
