💼 About This Role

You'll join Trust Bank's Financial Crime Compliance team to manage FCC risks and implement frameworks for a digital-first bank in Singapore. You'll investigate alerts and report suspicious transactions, while supporting the calibration of CDD and transaction monitoring systems. This role offers the chance to shape compliance controls in a cutting-edge digital banking environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform second line of defence AML/CFT risk management
• Investigate alerts and escalate suspicious transactions
• Identify risks from digital banking products and geographies
• Support tuning of CDD and transaction screening rules

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of financial sector experience in FCC roles
• Proficient in FCC regulations and controls
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to solve problems under pressure

✨ Nice to Have

• CAMS or relevant ICA certification
• Enforcement or regulatory liaison experience
• FCC system implementation experience
