You'll review, draft, and negotiate site contracts and budgets for clinical studies across Europe. You'll serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring deliverables align with study timelines. This role offers fully remote work with cross-regional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, negotiate, and track site contracts and budgets
• Establish and manage site contract processes and metrics
• Escalate and resolve complex contract issues with stakeholders
• Mentor new contracts managers and support team members

📋 Requirements

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience in scientific/healthcare discipline
• 5+ years oncology experience
• 7+ years drafting, negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements and budgets
• Experience leading interactions with US/European/APAC institutions

• Bachelor's in law, scientific fields, or business administration
• Experience setting up Contracting Plans and Guides for CTA Budget negotiations
• Experience with Kick-Off Meetings and Bid Defense Meetings
