🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with practice leaders to become a trusted advisor within the TELUS ecosystem
• Define strategic priorities enabling customer transformation and business growth
• Lead proposal development, account strategy, and procurement relationships
• Provide cross-functional people management and career coaching to consultants

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years shaping strategy and leading high-performing teams in top-tier management consultancy
• End-to-end digital transformation expertise from advisory to program delivery on multi-year engagements
• Deep knowledge of enterprise software engineering and platforms, including modern architectures and cloud-native services
• Board-room presence and C-suite trust with track record of advising executives
