Description

As a Staff Site Reliability Engineer on the Coupang Pay team, you will ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of critical payment systems. You'll lead the design and optimization of observability platforms using tools like Mimir, Loki, Tempo, Grafana, and Terraform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges and set best practices.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Observability Engineering stack (Mimir, Loki, Tempo, Grafana)
• Experience with Terraform-based automation
• Proven ability to set up, tune, and scale observability platforms
• Experience in high-availability environment
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional team skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of critical systems and services
• Lead design, implementation, and optimization of complex systems in high-availability environment
• Set up, tune, and scale observability platforms (Mimir, Loki, Tempo, Grafana) with Terraform automation
• Identify and resolve system bottlenecks
• Establish best practices for observability and reliability
