You'll lead architectural strategy for a full-stack platform powering AI-driven experiences that connect families with senior care providers. You'll design scalable systems spanning frontend, backend, and data services, mentoring senior engineers and driving cross-functional alignment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect core platform systems across frontend, backend, and data services
• Design scalable event-driven architectures with APIs and data pipelines
• Lead full-stack engineering strategy with Next.js, NestJS, TypeScript, Node.js
• Build AI-native solutions integrating ML models into production features

📋 Requirements

• 14+ years of software engineering with JavaScript/TypeScript stacks
• Experience architecting distributed service-oriented systems
• Deep understanding of API design and event streaming (Redis/Kafka)
• Experience with relational databases (Postgres) and data-driven services

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to AI/ML-integrated products or personalization systems
• Familiarity with data lake and analytics platforms (Databricks, Fivetran, PostHog)
• Experience with real-time communication APIs (Twilio, Customer.io) and event-driven microservices
