🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to maintenance and repair service requests promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks like cleaning coils and replacing filters.
• Prepare apartments for turnovers and complete minor repairs.
• Document work performed and parts used daily.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or intention to obtain within six months.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel when required.
• Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift up to 100 lbs.
