Description

As the Operations & Visual Manager, you will lead store operations and visual merchandising to ensure a customer-ready environment. You'll manage inventory accuracy, labor planning, and visual standards, driving efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Passionate about inventory management, labor planning and scheduling, and visual execution
• Able to drive efficient and effective store operations
• Takes initiative to keep store clean, safe, inviting and operating efficiently
• Ability to move constantly in and around the store

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with General Manager to escalate process or system gaps
• Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor by leveraging business performance data
• Support sell-through management by ensuring accuracy of inventory counts
• Coordinate labor hours to efficiently receive product deliveries and support a safe work environment
