🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of strategic partnerships
• Serve as primary deal lead aligning stakeholders
• Assess partnership opportunities for technical and strategic fit
• Negotiate complex deal terms including licensing and financials
• Manage active partnerships post-execution

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years experience in strategic partnerships or licensing in life sciences
• Proven track record of negotiating complex licensing agreements
• Ability to lead cross-functional deal teams without direct authority
