You'll design and deliver training programs for Sales and CSM teams targeting private practice medical vertical. Building sales playbooks for high-velocity deal cycles. Conduct training experiments to improve time-to-close and ramp time.

  • Design and deliver high-impact training programs for Sales and CSMs
  • Build playbooks and sales assets for high-velocity deal cycles
  • Conduct regular training experiments to improve enablement metrics
  • Develop internal communication strategy for GTM alignment
  • Refine messaging for customer-facing teams with stakeholders

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of Sales Enablement or GTM experience
  • BA degree or equivalent practice experience
  • Direct experience in sales training or customer success enablement
  • Background in B2B enablement in highly regulated industry
