You'll design and deliver training programs for Sales and CSM teams targeting private practice medical vertical. Building sales playbooks for high-velocity deal cycles. Conduct training experiments to improve time-to-close and ramp time.

- Design and deliver high-impact training programs for Sales and CSMs
- Build playbooks and sales assets for high-velocity deal cycles
- Conduct regular training experiments to improve enablement metrics
- Develop internal communication strategy for GTM alignment
- Refine messaging for customer-facing teams with stakeholders
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of Sales Enablement or GTM experience
- BA degree or equivalent practice experience
- Direct experience in sales training or customer success enablement
- Background in B2B enablement in highly regulated industry
