💼 About This Role

You'll lead electrical design decisions for modular nuclear power plants. You'll own high-impact design and integration challenges, working directly with company leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a scrappy startup environment where designs go from CAD to reality fast.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead routing, component selection, and integration of modular connectors for high-current systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, civil, and structural engineers
• Provide hands-on construction and commissioning support including RFIs and QA/QC
• Mentor electrical engineers performing load flow and protective coordination analyses

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in electrical engineering systems design
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from an accredited program
• Experience in power plant, data center, or EV charging infrastructure preferred
