💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team building integrations and automation for an AI-native identity security platform trusted by enterprises. You'll help scale the FDE program while delivering production-safe software alongside customers. This role combines hands-on engineering with team leadership and program building.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Forward Deployed Engineers.
• Drive high-impact customer integrations and automation.
• Design and implement connectors, APIs, and provisioning flows.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to productize customer solutions.

📋 Requirements

• Go or another backend language (Python, TypeScript, Java) experience.
• APIs, webhooks, and identity standards (SCIM, SAML, OAuth) fluency.
• Managing or mentoring engineers in customer-facing roles.
• Balancing hands-on technical delivery with leadership responsibilities.

✨ Nice to Have

• Built or managed a forward deployed or solutions engineering function.
• Experience with identity systems like Okta or Azure AD.
• Comfortable with cloud infrastructure AWS/GCP and observability tools.
