Marketing Director, Rosetta Stone

Description

You will define the future of the Rosetta Stone brand by devising creative, multi-channel marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention domestically and internationally. You'll oversee marketing integration across channels and lead marketing for both consumer and enterprise products.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • 12+ years of consumer brand marketing or integrated marketing experience
  • B2B or enterprise marketing experience is a plus
  • 5+ years of people management experience, including managing other people managers
  • Strategic thinking, exceptional written communication, and project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing strategies to achieve customer acquisition goals
  • Refine Rosetta Stone's brand narrative and positioning
  • Oversee integration of marketing efforts across channels (brand advertising, digital, email, social, etc.)
  • Own pricing and promotion strategy, testing and optimizing
  • Lead go-to-market planning for new product and feature launches
